In 12 weeks, this program can help you lose weight, tone your body, and love yourself more. We will take a journey towards a healthier and happier you without having to spend hours in the gym. Included in this program are 3 different exercise versions each day giving you the freedom to go as hard as you feel on any given day. Some exercise days will have an option with equipment while another option will have no equipment included.
