In 12 weeks, this program can help you lose weight, tone your body, and love yourself more. It will take you on a journey towards a healthier and happier you without having to spend hours in the gym. Included in this program are 3 different exercise versions each day giving you the freedom to go as hard as you feel on any given day. Some exercise days will have an option with equipment while another option will have no equipment included. This program includes a focus on food; what kinds of food to eat and what portions are best. To tie it all together, there are mindset activities to really make this all stick!
