As we head into the holiday season exercise both your body and mind with our Fititude Challenge (Fitness + Gratitude). This challenges runs from October 15th to the week of Thanksgiving (November 23rd).At the start of the challenge you will receive a list of activities (exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness options). You can pick and choose which ones you do. In order to get the point associated with each activity, you must post in the forum under that activity with your "proof."
